On Saturday, October 31st (after 6 p.m.) in the spirit of Halloween, Chipotle offers their customers free “boo-ritos”. Visit any Chipotle location dressed as something that represents Chipotle and get a free burrito, taco, bowl, or salad. Dress up the family in tin foil (as a burrito), be a blob of guacamole, jump into a brown paper bag and be a bag of their yummy lime/salt chips, whatever. Be creative. Bring the whole family. Save the date! On October 11, 2009, Chipotle is giving away free kids meals. Yes, Chipotle is finally rolling out kids meals! Buy 1 adult entree, get 1 free kids meal on October 11th.

Great news for those who like a good Mexican restaurant. All Arriba’s locations offers kids eat free on Sunday’s, all day long. Hours of operation for Arriba Mexican Grill are 9am – 10pm on Sundays. For each adult entree purchased, a kids meal comes free. The kids drinks are not included but are only $1.29 for a soft drink or a milk or $1.99 for a smoothie. Kids can enjoy things like a bean burrito, mini chimis, tacos, a cheese enchilada – all served with rice and beans or non-traditional items like chicken strips, grilled cheese, corn dogs – all served with a side of fries or of course mac and cheese.

This place is great and so convenient for us. The food is delicious and always hot and fresh and service is great too. We visit the location in Ahwatukee but there are several other Arizona valley locations in Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale and Gilbert.  So don’t run for the border on Sundays, run to Arriba Mexican Grill to enjoy a feel of South of the Border and for kids eat free Sundays!

Not every Garcia’s location participates, but I did call around to a few different locations. Some locations offer kids eat free on Monday’s while others offer discount kids meals. Either way, 1 adult entree does need to be purchased for each kids meal received. This offer is good all day long too and the kids drink is included in their meal. The locations I called to verify were:

• 4210 S. Arizona Avenue Chandler, AZ (Fulton Ranch) – This location does not participate.
• 5000 Arizona Mills Circle Tempe, AZ (Arizona Mills Mall) – This location does not participate.

• 2992 Park Avenue Prescott Valley, AZ – Offers FREE kids meals on Wednesdays all day long but you can not order lunch special entrees and receive the kids meal free. You must order off the regular menu to receive the free kids meal.
